At NUTICON, customer satisfaction is important to us.

We offer a 5-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Return requests submitted after 5 days of delivery may not be accepted.
Items that are damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you.
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process the refund or replacement as applicable.
